Hello! My name is Deborah Lang-Lytle and I am your hopeful future Wedding Officiant! Just a bit about me, I am a wife of 30 years and a Mom of now adult twins! My husband and I own a rural property in Stouffville with our feline "Schmoo" and many feral cats! I love being surrounded by nature and we have a large fish stocked pond on our property which attracts much wildlife. I am a crafter at heart and love to make personal gifts, scrapbooks and many other things for my friends and family. I love celebrating any occasion with a BBQ and a fine glass of red wine.
Growing up I was involved with my church though my career focused on journalism/public relations in the hotel and entertainment industry. I am currently involved in our neighbourhood helping with fundraising events, pot luck dinners and community building.
Being a Wedding Officiant is my dream job. The beauty about this ministry is that it allows couples to be married outside of church traditions….so I can marry couples in their backyard, in a field, in a long term care facility (I’ve done that!) or in a formal setting - where ever you wish, I can be there. I love meeting couples and I promise to bring happy energy to every wedding planning session!
